Remix, anyone?

I won't lie. I'm bored with my blog already ha. The truth is, I go on many adventures. Too many to document. And frankly, Facebook has my back in informing everyone about them, so that's where my lack of motivation is from. So instead of a pure adventure record, I want it to become my journal. I love reading blogs where people pull out these philosophical thoughts! So my blog is now a collage of my life! I will write about my frustrations, music, loves, and all sorts of nonsense. So be excited, all four of you followers!

Obsession?

Alas, my friends. It is very good news that I have three weeks of nothing, for I am newly addicted to this cursed game.
High score: 1310
Don't judge. Kathrin.
Also.
Who's stoked to get their wisdom teeth out on Monday, five days before Christmas?!?!

Welp. Big Gulps, anyone?

Appropriate after a month of silence, I'd say.
SO!!!!
Anyways.
Introductions halfway through the school year:
These are my lovely roommates!!! From left to right,
Bridgett, Jessica, Torianne, Katelin, and Shantae (she's on top of me, hence her picture is framed by Hobbit/Hermione hair)

These women are my very best friends, every cents worth, the greatest girls ever!
Bridgett is top notch. We are soul sisters. Our iPods (if I had one) are exactly synced, we love musicals, 80's music, buck rap, and last but not least, Michael J. She's obsessed.
Jessica is hilarious. She talks a million miles an hour, and I never understand anything she says. She stresses about everything, and mass texts us about rent a week in advance. She is the source of our Grey's Anatomy obsession and we live on their king sized bed (two twins pushed together), watching it.
Torianne is ok. Kidding. She's simply the best person ever and we're waiting for her to be translated any minute so we can raid her food box. She's quiet but absolutely HILARIOUS and so adorable. She's the best friend anyone could have, especially since she supports and joins in my procrastinating.
Katelin is my actual roommate. She's truly amazing and I love her dearly! It's crazy how well we mesh, we listen to Enya to get ready in the mornings and make each other's beds. She's a crazy legitimate Irish dancer, and is always working. The good thing about her working is the supply of old crappy glasses she brings home that adorn our pictures. She wakes me up for class everyday when my 4 alarms down, and she's a genuine blessing in my life!
So that novel was mainly for Kat P and L-Train. Anyone who endured gets a high five.
This is Cody J. He is our father in every sense but the biological. Whenever we're uncertain about anything: school, boys, family, or life, he is the ultimate psychiatrist and helps us every second possible! We're all big fan. That's all.
This, all, is Hannah G. And a G, she is. Straight up THUG! Pretty much we rarely hang out, but those hang outs are so solid and great that it makes up for just living together. She's hilarious. Almost as hilarious as Kat P, who she reminds me of. That's all.

And those are the people I live with. Good times, yeah?
P.S. recent adventures include:
Halloween 5K where we had a lunchbox with a radio and jammed to it the whole race

We also jumped in First Dam. Again. Our current goal is to jump every month for the rest of our lives. Or collegiate lives at least.
Also decorated our apartment as white trash possible, the lights are all over the inside of our house, it's amazing.
Also.  I stole a sign the other day.
Til next time!

The Boxcar Children and the Case of the Stunna Shades from Baldwin Optical!!!

Once upon a time, my roommate, Katelin (quick insert, to be coming- a post introducing everyone, so the thousands of readers know who I'm talking about when I talk about them. You're welcome. :)), works at an Optical place. This means we have a great deal of the highest quality of glasses around. So my good pal Torianne and I modeled them. And no, sadly, she is not Asian.

Aren't we as pristine as possible? I think so.
Anyways.
Once upon a time, in need of a good solid Adventure, we decided to sleep on a train.
So we packed up a good deal of blankets and food and set off to Tremonton, by where Katelin lives. There is a string of abandoned boxcars next to an active track just off her property, and we decided to sleep on it. Armed with a baseball bat, pepper spray, a knife, and a 135 pound boy named Cody, Katelin, Bridgett, Tori and I were prepared to meet all the hobos in the world.

If our many weapons or muscular Cody failed us against said hobos, we brought a good deal of food to barter with. These are cinnamon graham cracker vanilla frosting sandwiches, let set for four hours, and they are absolutely miraculous. Honestly, genuinely, frankly, and legitimately, straight up miraculous. Try it some day.

After a solid six hours of uninterrupted sleep (minus the two trains that screamed past us throughout the night and woke us up peeing our pants), we woke up quite refreshed and shook our blankets free of the bird poop and went home to watch Conference. :)

And THIS is how legitimate we truly are. :)

"Dance Your Pants Off!" - Richard Simmons

If anyone knows me, they know I like to dance. If anyone reads my About Me, they know I like to dance. So what would one do with a liking for dance? I was faced with this problem upon entering USU, as I thought my dancing days were over! In my pondering, I thought, "What Would Richard Do?"
I'll tell you what Richard would do. He would tell me to calm down, smile, and just be my beautiful self. He would find a solution. He would look up information on the internet. He wouldn't have found anything on the internet, because Tracie didn't either. Apparently, the dance community at USU doesn't know we have that resource available, but that's ok! They do utilize the poster system! And the second I saw one on Friday, I just knew what I would have to do, which is what Richard would have done. Put on my Be Happy shirt and my spandex (not quite as short as Richard's), and got ready to dance my pants off. 76 other girls had the same idea! Apparently Richard's kind of promiscuous, lending-ideas-wise. But that's ok! Because I MADE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Full Circle is USU's contemporary dance company, and 13 of the 76 made it, including me! It was crazy intense, five hours long! But two dances, one cut, many stressful call backs (one of which I FORGOT, let me repeat, FORGOT half of one of the dances and legitimately laughed out loud as I pranced about trying to be professional - SOD!), they called my number, 62!!! I would have pictures, but my camera sadly died. But anyways! I'm pretty stoked! It's a great company, and we're doing tons of shows and our main concert is in April! Pretty much, college has once again given me the best case scenario!! I sure do love Logan. :)
P.S. my roommates are seriously the best! Look how nice and amazing they are! They got me chocolate and balloons. I love them!

Recent Happenings!

Warning: I could not be any more confused with how to fix the layout and everything of the pictures in relation to the text, so I kind of just slathered pictures everywhere and put explanations at the end. But it's there! So hold on, hold on. We can make it together! (five points for that song/movie reference)
A selection of the finest adventures in a week of the lives of Apartment 29!
One of the biggest pro's for USU was the close proximity of Bear Lake! I'm making a goal of going there once a week while it's decently warm. Or even if it's decently freezing, as was the case when we went on Saturday! Some of our good friends from high school live right down the hall and have motorcycles, so I got to ride up the canyon on one! We even got splashed by a car like in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. But it wasn't romantic like How to Lose a Guy, because Cody is not Matthew M, unfortunately. But once we were there, it was too cold to swim too much, so we had a lot of fun with the sand and played soccer in the cess pools. Where we found the sock adorning our sand castle.
The very first day of school rained, and Shantae and I waited for the bus in complete and utter excitement. Really, college rocks. Quite thoroughly.
Tori and Jessica in the bed of Jared's truck when we went on a hike to a tunnel by First Dam!

An Account of the Adventures of Tracie Paul and Friends!!!

Hello, blog world! A new blog has been born, and it will surely take all who read on a whirlwind experience to an out-of-this-world realm! So read with caution, you'll never be the same!
I have decided to make a blog to stay close to my roots while in college, and it'll be miscellaneous stuff, but mostly adventures, because let's face it, I am clinically game for everything. Within my standards. :)
I sure do hope you all have a fabulous day! Happy Birthday, Tracie in Charge!!!
